ASIC fee increases from 1 July 2014

Each year ASIC increases its company lodgement fees and has just released their updated fees for commonly lodged documents that will apply from 1 July 2014.

The ASIC fee increases include:

  • Registration of an Australian Company – $457, up by $13
  • Annual Review fee for a Sole Purpose Company – $45, up by $1
  • Annual Review fee for a standard Company – $243, up by $7
  • Company name change – $377, up by $11
  • Voluntary deregistration of a Company – $38, up by $1

Unfortunately Superfund Partners will also need to slightly increase our fees for any service that includes the registration of a new company.

A full schedule of the applicable ASIC fees is available here (PDF): ASIC Fees
